Mrs. Lowrina-Ramona Navales Shirey Bueno, 47, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, August 17, 2017. A native of Subic Bay, Philippines, she was the daughter of Marcelina Navales Shirey and Steven E. Shirey, USN Ret.. Lowrina was a spiritual woman, a loving and kind person, mother and a true "Marine Wife" taking care of her family and giving her all. She was an old soul who loved to watch old black & white movies, a hopeless romantic and doted on her children.
She is survived by her husband, MGySgt Candido Andrade Bueno Jr., USMC, whom she had known for over 35 years, as they met as 6 grade sweethearts living a few houses apart. A greater loving partnership has never existed between SOULMATES. She also leaves behind her beautiful children, 1stLt. Arrone Bueno, USMC, of Pensacola, FL; Bradleigh Bueno and Marcellina-Lillianna Bueno, both of New Bern, NC; along with her four-legged baby Malti-poo, Chloe.
