Obituary for Ardelia Carneal

Ardelia Buck Carneal 87 of New Bern, passed away at Bayview Nursing and Rehab Center, Wednesday, September 28, 2016.

She is preceded in death by her parents Rueben and Amanda Buck, and her loving husband of 48 years, Paul B. Carneal Sr.

She is survived by two sons; Paul B. Carneal Jr. (Linda) of Vass, NC, and Thomas O. Carneal (Phyllis) of Yanceyville, NC , two daughters; Wanda J. Carneal of Greenville, NC, and Elizabeth Ann Hill of New Bern, NC, thirteen grandchildren, twenty seven great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.

She dearly loved the Lord, reading her bible, and singing gospel songs.

Visitation will be held Friday, September 30, 2016 from 12-1:00pm at Pollock Best Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow, starting at 1:00pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Sandhill Cemetery in Reelsboro, NC.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the caregivers of Bayview Nursing and Rehab for the extra special care their mother received.
